- Determines source, exposure & recommendations to fix the mould problem following procedure for Conducting Mould & Moisture Inspection
- Airborne samples – minimum 2 outdoor, 4 indoor
- Surface samples – minimum 5 surface samples
- Moisture testing of entire property using moisture meter and/or thermo infrared camera Full IAQ check – CO, CO2, Temperature, relative Humidity, Dew Point temperature, total volatile organic compounds, dust particulate levels.
- Visual inspection of entire property including indoor surfaces (ceiling, walls, flooring, furniture, contents), HVAC system (cooling coils, ducting, registers, air handling unit, split system unit), roof space and sub floor cavity.
- Includes report and laboratory analysis of samples
