5.    Monthly / random Drug and Alcohol Testing

1.    Call out for Cleaning/Remediation Quotes 

• $POA (inc GST) per half hour
  Aim is to determine how much cleaning/remediation required & costs

2.    Level 1& 2 Grade Mould Contamination Remediation/Cleaning 

• $POA (inc GST) for 2 rooms
• Spot cleaning of minor mould contamination on walls & ceilings in bathroom & laundry
• HEPA vacuuming and damp wiping with a microfiber cloth & mould cleaning solution
• Does not include contents & furniture.
•  Does not include visual enhancement (painting)

 3.    Level 3 &4 Grade Mould Contamination Remediation/Cleaning

• Prices to be determined upon inspection
